본 약관은 4050 AI Cafe(이하 “서비스”)의 이용 조건을 정합니다. 서비스에 가입하거나 이용하면 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. (English version below.)
1. 서비스 소개
서비스는 40·50대를 위한 AI 활용 커뮤니티로, 단계별 실습(따라하기), 질문과 답변(Q&A), 경험 공유 게시판, 모임, AI 소식 등의 기능을 제공합니다. 현재 베타 단계로, 기능이 예고 후 변경·추가·중단될 수 있습니다.
2. 계정
- 가입은 이메일 또는 카카오·구글 계정으로 할 수 있으며, 이메일 가입은 이메일 인증 후 바로 이용할 수 있습니다.
- 계정 정보는 본인이 관리해야 하며, 타인에게 양도·대여할 수 없습니다.
- 이용자는 계정 설정에서 언제든 탈퇴할 수 있습니다.
3. 이용자의 의무 (금지 행위)
- 타인의 권리(저작권·초상권·개인정보 등)를 침해하는 콘텐츠 게시
- 욕설·비방·혐오·음란물 등 커뮤니티 취지에 반하는 콘텐츠 게시
- 광고·스팸·사기 등 상업적 악용, 서비스의 정상 운영을 방해하는 행위
- 타인 사칭, 허위 정보 유포, 관련 법령 위반 행위
위반 시 게시물 숨김·삭제, 이용 제한(제재), 계정 해지가 이루어질 수 있습니다.
4. 이용자 콘텐츠
- 이용자가 올린 글·사진 등 콘텐츠의 권리는 이용자에게 있습니다.
- 이용자는 서비스가 해당 콘텐츠를 서비스 화면에 게시·노출·보관하는 데 필요한 범위의 이용을 허락합니다.
- 신고된 콘텐츠는 운영정책에 따라 검토 후 숨김·삭제될 수 있습니다.
5. 콘텐츠와 AI 결과물에 대한 안내 (면책)
- 따라하기·AI 소식 등 서비스가 제공하는 콘텐츠는 학습·참고용이며, 의료·법률·세무·투자 등 전문 자문이 아닙니다.
- 실습 과정에서 외부 AI 도구가 생성한 결과물의 정확성은 보장되지 않으며, 중요한 결정에는 전문가 확인이 필요합니다.
- 서비스는 무료 베타로 제공되는 범위에서 법령이 허용하는 한도 내 책임을 제한합니다.
6. 서비스의 변경·중단
서비스는 운영상·기술상 필요에 따라 기능을 변경하거나 제공을 중단할 수 있으며, 중대한 변경은 사전에 공지합니다.
7. 준거법 및 분쟁
본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따르며, 분쟁은 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에서 다룹니다.

1. The Service
4050 AI Cafe is an AI learning community for people in their 40s and 50s, offering step-by-step tutorials, Q&A, a community board, meetups, and AI news. The service is currently in beta; features may change, be added, or be discontinued with notice.
2. Accounts
You may sign up with email or a Kakao/Google account. During beta, access requires operator approval. You are responsible for your account and may delete it anytime in account settings.
3. Acceptable Use
Do not post content that infringes others’ rights, is abusive or obscene, or is spam or fraudulent; do not impersonate others or disrupt the service. Violations may result in content removal, suspension, or account termination.
4. Your Content
You own the content you post. You grant the service a license to host, display, and store it as needed to operate the service. Reported content may be hidden or removed under our moderation policy.
5. Disclaimer
Tutorials and AI news are for learning and reference only and are not professional (medical, legal, tax, or financial) advice. Outputs generated by external AI tools are not guaranteed to be accurate. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited for this free beta service.
6. Changes; Governing Law
We may change or discontinue features with notice for significant changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
