4050 AI Cafe(이하 “서비스”)는 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 여기며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 방침은 서비스가 어떤 정보를 왜 수집하고, 어떻게 보관·이용·파기하는지를 설명합니다. (English version below.)
1. 수집하는 개인정보
- 필수: 이메일 주소, 닉네임, 비밀번호(이메일 가입 시 · 암호화 저장) 또는 소셜 로그인 식별자(카카오·구글)
- 선택: 연령대, 관심 분야, 프로필 이미지, 시간대
- 자동 수집: 서비스 이용 기록(게시물·질문/답변·댓글·모임 참여·완료 인증·포인트), 접속 기록, 쿠키(로그인 세션 유지용 필수 쿠키)
- 이용자가 올리는 콘텐츠: 글·사진(따라하기 완료 인증 등) — 이용자가 직접 게시를 선택한 것에 한합니다
2. 수집·이용 목적
- 회원 가입·본인 확인·계정 관리
- 따라하기·Q&A·게시판·모임 등 커뮤니티 서비스 제공
- 공지·인증 안내 등 서비스 운영에 필요한 알림 발송(이메일 등)
- 부정 이용 방지, 서비스 개선을 위한 통계 분석(비식별 처리)
3. 보유 및 파기
- 개인정보는 회원 탈퇴 시 지체 없이 파기하며, 게시물은 작성자 표시를 익명 처리합니다.
- 탈퇴 계정의 무분별한 재가입을 막기 위해 이메일의 일방향 해시값(원문 복원 불가)만 보관합니다.
- 관련 법령이 보존을 요구하는 정보는 해당 기간 동안 분리 보관 후 파기합니다.
4. 제3자 제공 및 처리 위탁
서비스는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 판매하거나 제공하지 않습니다(법령에 따른 경우 제외). 서비스 운영을 위해 아래 업체에 처리를 위탁합니다.
- Supabase(데이터베이스·인증 — 서울 리전), Vercel(웹 호스팅), Resend(이메일 발송)
- 일부 인프라 제공자의 시스템이 국외에 위치할 수 있으며, 위탁 목적 달성에 필요한 범위로 한정됩니다.
5. 이용자의 권리
- 계정 설정에서 언제든 개인정보를 열람·수정하거나 계정을 삭제(탈퇴)할 수 있습니다.
- 이메일(contact@4050aicafe.kr)로 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요청할 수 있습니다.
6. 쿠키
로그인 상태 유지를 위한 필수 쿠키만 사용하며, 광고·추적 목적의 쿠키는 사용하지 않습니다. 브라우저 설정으로 쿠키를 거부할 수 있으나 이 경우 로그인이 필요한 기능을 이용할 수 없습니다.

본 방침이 변경되는 경우 시행 7일 전부터 서비스 내 공지로 알려드립니다. 본 서비스는 현재 베타 단계로, 기능 변화에 따라 방침이 보완될 수 있습니다.
Privacy Policy (English)
This is a summary translation. If there is any conflict, the Korean version prevails.
1. Information We Collect
- Required: email address, nickname, password (email sign-up, stored encrypted) or social login identifiers (Kakao, Google)
- Optional: age group, interests, profile image, time zone
- Automatically: service activity (posts, Q&A, comments, meetup participation, completion records, points), access logs, and essential session cookies
- Content you post: text and photos you choose to publish
2. How We Use It
Account creation and management (including beta approval), providing community features, sending service notifications (e.g., approval emails), preventing abuse, and improving the service using de-identified statistics.
3. Retention & Deletion
Personal data is deleted without delay when you delete your account; your posts are anonymized. To prevent abusive re-registration we retain only a one-way hash of the email (the original cannot be recovered). Data required by law is kept separately for the legally mandated period.
4. Sharing & Processors
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties (except as required by law). We use the following processors: Supabase (database & auth, Seoul region), Vercel (web hosting), and Resend (email delivery). Some infrastructure may be located outside Korea, limited to what is necessary for these purposes.
5. Your Rights
You can view or edit your data and delete your account anytime in account settings, or contact us at contact@4050aicafe.kr to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data.
6. Cookies
We only use essential cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
7. Changes
We will announce changes to this policy in the service at least 7 days before they take effect. The service is currently in beta and this policy may be updated as features evolve.
